Returns & Refunds
At Personalized Imprint, every item is custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your request, provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
Since orders begin processing immediately after purchase, we can only accept cancellation or modification requests within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Custom orders where the design was approved

  • Items with minor variations due to screen colors or print methods

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
